Chest size

Measure the circumference of your torso at the widest part of your chest.

Waist size

Measure around the narrowest part of your waist (at the level of your belly button).

Hip size

Place your tape measure at the widest point of your hips and at the sharpest point of your buttocks. Do not tighten the tape measure.

Crotch to floor
