Measure around the narrowest part of your waist (at the level of your belly button).
Hip size:
Place your tape measure at the widest point of your hips and at the sharpest point of your buttocks. Do not tighten the tape measure.
Crotch to floor:
Tuck your tape measure under your heel and extend it to your crotch to measure the inside of your leg.
